About the Speaker: Dr. Lindsey R. Swindall is a Teaching Associate Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology and holds a Ph.D. in African American Studies. An accomplished author, she has published three books and numerous articles exploring African American history and culture.
The 250th History Lecture series is sponsored by a History Partnership Program Grant from the Hudson County Department of Cultural & Heritage Affairs, Tourism Development to the Hoboken Free Public Library.
