Amla Dhaniya Chutney is an extremely healthy and tasty chutney recipe made with fresh raw amla(Indian Gooseberry),fresh coriander leaves and few spices.
Amla is extremely rich in Vitamin C,A calcium,iron,fibre etc.It helps to boost our immune system,helps in digestion,lowers cholesterol levels in our body and is beneficial for our skin and hair.
Try making this simple, delicious and nutritious Amla Dhaniya Chutney this winter and enjoy it with puri, paratha,pakoras and enjoy!
Ingredients
Chopped raw Indian Gooseberry(amla)(आमला)-1/4 cup
Garlic cloves(लहसून)-2
Ginger(अदरक)-1/2 inch
Green chillies(हरी मिर्च)-3
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Asafoetida powder(हींग)-1/4 tsp
Brown sugar or jaggery(चीनी/गुड)-1 tsp
Salt to taste(नमक)
Black salt(काला नमक)-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves(धनिया पाउडर)-a handful
Water(पानी)-2 tbsp
Method
Wash and dry Indian gooseberries and
chop them into small pieces.
In a mixer jar,add chopped Indian gooseberry pieces,garlic cloves,ginger,green chillies, cumin seeds, asafoetida powder,brown sugar or jaggery,salt,black salt, coriander leaves,little water and grind into a smooth paste.
Transfer tasty and healthy Amla Coriander Chutney to a serving bowl and enjoy it with puri, paratha or pakoras.
