Crackling Popping Riptide Noise * What happened to my JVMs??

I have problem after modding my JVMs.
When I switch my amps on, wait some minutes to head up, and turn on standby I get crackling, popping noises that gets louder and louder until I'm forced to turn off the standby/amp. The noise sound as if something is breaking leaking through.
When I play over headphones the amps sound fine, I don't here any of the noises. So I thought it must be the power section. When I pull the v5 preamp tube I don't hear the noises, so it seems to be the preamp section, but as I wrote, over headphones I get a clear preamp signal.
Both amps have the same problem! I changed all the (preamp and power) tubes and rebiased them. I checked all the connections and read all the threads here and I'm now a bit lost. I made a video and need your help!! What else could I try??
