The Offender, A series 3 LandRover had a homemade spare wheel carrier when I purchased it, and it did the job fine. That was until I added a tow hitch. The spare wheel fouled on the tow hitch receiver, making my bin bag useless.
After much consideration and living with the issue, I decided that modification was the best solution to meet all my needs for camping and travel.
The job turned out to be a bit bigger than we thought.
