Mayor of Prishtina, Shpend shares the idea that decision making begins with active citizenship through complaint, action and cooperation, which according to him are the main three instruments that every citizen can use to reshape their city. On his talk, Shpend highlights the importance and power of active citizenship through these three tools and the ways in which they help reshape our communities.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
