Looking for a healthy and crunchy homemade granola recipe? This easy, oven-baked granola is packed with wholesome ingredients like oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried blueberries, honey, and coconut oil. Perfect for breakfast, snacking, or meal prep!
🌿 INGREDIENTS:
• 400g rolled oats
• 150g whole almonds
• 150g pumpkin seeds
• 80g dried blueberries
• 100ml honey
• 50ml coconut oil
• Salt & cinnamon to taste
🔥 DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F)
2. Mix oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, salt, honey, and coconut oil
3. Spread onto a baking tray
4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway
5. Let cool completely and add dried blueberries
6. Store in an airtight jar and enjoy!
