A short scooter ride from where we were based in Canacona is the Sadolxem Bridge. 
The Talpon River runs beneath it and is en route to the more remote Talpona & Galgibaga Beaches.

Eat like a local in South Goa! This is Depiksha Bar & Restaurant. Situated right on Talpona Beach. We indulged in the fish tali, masala golden fried calamari & crab sukkah!

Pristine, remote, natural & spectacular! Galgibaga Beach is a hidden treasure of South Goa.
It's nickname is Turtle Beach as it is one of three nesting grounds for the protected Olive Ridley Turtles. Mesmerised by its beauty, we took a stroll along the beach to the Galgibag River mouth to experience sunset.

We took a stroll through the main streets of Palolem in South Goa. There’s a wide range of places to choose from when it comes to finding local Goan cuisine. We eventually chose Sai Krupa Family Restaurant & indulged in Mackerel Rava Fry (180 INR), Uttapam (100 INR) & Idli Sambar (80 INR). There’s also no shortage of arts, crafts & clothing stores.

Palolem Beach is one of the most popular beaches in South Goa. It is crescent shaped, picturesque & has a backdrop of a thick forest of coconut palms. Colourful wooden shacks, restaurants & boats line the long stretch of coastline.

We took a short walk and a bit of a climb to experience sunset from the perfect vantage point. We have experience some incredible sunsets on the African continent, but this was quite something!

Meeting and spending time with exceptional people we meet during our adventures is one of our favourite aspects of travelling! Meet Asia’s Youngest Certified Aerial Silks Teacher, Sasha Ismail. We were privileged enough to be students in one of his Aerial Silks Masterclasses at the Bliss Circus.

We decide to try out one of the local eateries in the area called Agonda Corner. Famous for their Momos, we had to try stop & try them out.

Agonda is renowned for its pristine and secluded beach, which attracts travelers seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Agonda Beach is the main attraction of the coastal village. It stretches for approximately 3km. The beach is relatively less crowded compared to other popular beaches in Goa. The Agonda cliffs are spectacular.

We had an incredible hiking adventure at the mesmerizing Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary in Goa! This hidden gem transports you to a world of lush greenery, cascading waterfalls, and serene trails.

What would a trip to India be without visiting at least one spice farm. After a spectacular hike at the nearby Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, we stopped at an award-winning spice farm. Tanshikar’s Working Spice Farm & Ecological Rest House is situated among the rainforest of the Western Ghats at Netravali village.

We captured the thrill of the open waters as we paddled our way through the calm waters of the Arabian Sea! We arrived early in the morning at Samson’s Kiosk situated in the heart of Palolem Beach. It’s 150 INR for the 1 hour experience & 300 INR for 2 hours.

From vibrant fruits & veggies to delicious Indian snacks, we got it all at the local market in Chaudi.

Panaji, also known as Panjim, is the state capital of Goa, in southwest India. The 1.5 hour bus trip from Canacona consists of 2 legs (changeover in Margao) at 40 INR per leg per person. Simply walk the streets of Panjim, marvel at the colourful murals, stop for local eateries & take in the capital of Goa! Fontainhas is known for narrow lanes full of colourful Portuguese villas with balconies and red-tiled roofs.
