Описание: I met Eddie Bravo (kind of) when I flew to LA to attempt to do 15 NoGi BJJ sessions in 5 days at 10th Planet HQ in downtown LA.
Yup thats right : I flew from London to LA to train with the RubberGuard Genius.

I learnt a lot about myself, my jiu-jitsu & how I train. On top of this I saw how Eddie & his team set up the system that is now taught worldwide.
.
I met a lot of incredible people and trained with a lot of them. Fun, hard work & fact filled.
.
Strength & recovery are increased dramatically by removing animal protein from your diet.
So I tried it - and well - see what happened!
