Hariyali Pulao or Green Tava Pulao is a winter special street food recipe.
Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Butter
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Small Cinnamon Stick
2 Green Cardamom
3 Dry Red Chillies
2 Chopped Onions
1 Chopped Capsicum
Small Carrots
1/4 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn
1/4 Cup Green Peas
2 tbsp Chopped Cabbage
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 Cup Spinach Puree
2 Cup Boiled Rice
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Pavbhaji Masala
1 tbsp Green Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Lemon Juice
