Betsy Bihn and Don Stoeckel from the Produce Safety Alliance present on the FDA's FSMA Food Traceability Rule and discuss what it means for the produce sector and as well as other sectors impacted by the new rule. Following the presentation, Deputy Commissioner Jennifer Trodden from the New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets gives an overview of the New York State Produce Traceability Blue-Ribbon Task Force, providing best management practices for the produce supply chain.
