Dr Williams in Nigeria (yet another 419 Scammer promising me millions for a small fee) was waiting for my call with his Western Union Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). All he had to do was confirm over the phone with me his Western Union Text Question and Answer, which he had previously provided me with. Dr Williams was a frustrating person to speak with and within less than 5 minutes he had wound me up beyond my breaking point!
