During one breath meditation, the imprint of an old traumatic event welled up. Tempted to pull back, Dionne made another attempt — and that recommitment changed everything. As she moved energy through her body, the emotion driving her addiction released, and her craving vanished in an instant. Her brain and body shifted into a new state, free from the chemistry that had controlled her for over 25 years.
