DESCRIPTION
NeoSeal® 511 BituSeal is a water based, cold applied, black colour highly elastomeric monolithic protective coating. This unique system is ready to use acrylic modified bituminous liquid membrane. It forms a tough yet highly flexible and durable waterproofing coating upon drying. It is highly thixotropic emulsion which can be easily applied to any thickness by roller or squeegee.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
• Commonly used as a protective and waterproofing coating for concrete foundations, retention wall, retaining structure below ground but above the water table level.
• It used as a moisture vapor barrier on block works and concrete surfaces prior to cladding.
• Waterproofing of basements, side walls, toilets, water tanks, swimming pool and various wet area like channels, dams, water tower, tunnels etc.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Surface preparation:
Prepare the surface thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles using wire brush and water jet. Break the weak portion of concrete surface near the area of repair and clean with water jet. The application temperature should be between 5° C to 55° C.
2. Crack Filling:
Cracks of size up to 5mm should be filled by NeoSeal® 503 Crack Fill paste. Cracks wider than 5 mm should be filled by applying NeoSeal® 502 URP modified mortar slurry using putty blade properly. Let it dry for 24 hrs.
3. Priming:
Use NeoSeal® 511 BituSeal as a self-priming by diluting it with water in 1:2 ratio (1 part BituSeal : 2 part water). Apply primer coat by a brush, roller or airless spray and let it air dry. Primer coat penetrates into the concrete pores and seals the substrate. It also acts as an adhesion promoter for further coatings.

COVERAGE:
About 35-40 Sq. Ft. per Ltr. for two coats. Coverage may vary depending on the texture and porosity of the application surface.

PACKING:
1 Ltr., 5 Ltr., 20 Ltr. & 50 Ltr.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:
Best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing when in sealed pack and stored under proper condition. Store in a cool and dry place between 50C to 300C in closed condition and away from direct sunlight.

PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
Follow recommended application strictly.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection during mixing and application. In case of contact with skin, rinse with plenty of clean water and then cleanse with soap water. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water and take medical advice.
