The S2 is a robust positioning system able to do vertical lifting with a varying load by respond to changes without reconfiguration. This demonstration pairs a 1.5 inch bore by 12 inch stroke cylinder that shows the S2 handling a varying load from 5 to 35 pounds. Commanded from an analog input to move between a 2 inch and 10 inch position, the cylinder reaches average speeds of 50 in/s to 15 in/s.
