Todays video is an FRV on the SWR RRP, this time being from Surbiton to Clapham Junction serving All Stops. The RRP isn’t too bad and I’d prefer this over the Chessington SWR RRP because there were more Kickdown sections and I had a fast driver. I defo recommend this RRP and if you want a good journey on this RRP I recommend doing it from Norbiton to Surbiton or from Kingston.
SWR RRP towards Clapham Junction (from Surbiton) serves:
Surbiton Stn, Kingston Stn, Norbiton Stn, New Malden Stn, Raynes Park Stn, Wimbledon Stn, Earlsfield Stn, Clapham Junction Stn
The RRP had a great variety of buses consisting of ALX400s (B7TL and Trident), E400 Tridents, A Wright Gemini 2 VDL DB300, Ratp Wright Gemini 3 B5LHs (from what I saw on the day).
The bus I used for this FRV was an ALX400 B7TL Ex- Arriva VLA176 (LJ55 BVH). It felt really nice riding an Ex- VLA again as I miss riding these so much. I remember riding these on 128,150,123,66,173,368 and more.
