Carbon Conveying System (Vacuum conveying ) - 150 MTR Distance

Описание: The client works in the scrap tyre recycling industry. They are recycling tyres in the Reactor and extracting carbon from tyres. The output of carbon black is very fine and can get into the air easily. as they have made different processes on carbon. The carbon extractor and carbon processing unit are far from each other around 150-170mtr. While handling carbon, spillage happens due to that impact happening on worker health, manufacturing machinery and pollution in the surrounding area.
Customer Problem:
Client wants to easy handling of the material without spillage and wastage of carbon black. As they currently fill jumbo bag and move jumbo bag from extraction unit to process unit via crane, which is very dangerous. For moving jumbo bag more manpower required to perform the task. Also, they scrapping jumbo bag after unloading.
There are many reactors so the collection points are different from process plant. the nearest point is 25 Mtr and the longest point is around 180Mtr away from process plant. Envirocon successfully commissioned conveying from forests point. with higher capacity than quoted capacity.
