Give this TOTAL BODY WORKOUT a run!
Kettlebell + Slam Ball \ Explosive Power & Strength
No matter where I travel or what equipment I have, I can always find a spot to train. I'm on summer travels with my family and have had very little time to do intense workouts. I found a baseball park to fit in a solid workout.
I recently suffered a minor injury; I must have dislocated a rib doing experimental floor movements. I'm definitely not 23 anymore! Luckily, I can modify my workouts to handle this small setback.
Dynamic Warm-Up / Plyometrics
Perform each exercise in each block back to back, rest 1-2 minutes, then complete the sequence 1 or 2 more times. Completing 2-3 sequences makes up one block.
Weights and reps should suit your level of athleticism. For endurance blocks, keep reps higher. Strength and power sets can be lower reps, depending on the weight.
