Hi. I did this walk for the first time in a lot of years. My parents used to take me and my brothers when we were young in the 1960’s. According to wikipedia.org, The Links Market has been coming to Kirkcaldy's Esplanade for a vert long time.
The Links Market in Kirkcaldy, Fife is Europe's longest street fair [1] and the oldest in Scotland. Established in 1304
It was a lovely day and I thought that I would like to take a video of the market with my new GoPro 8 black action camera. I took it in 4k 60fps, hoping the quality would be good.
I put my Kymco Maxer mobility scooter into my car with my dog Olly then went down to Kirkcaldy to see where I could get parked. I didn't try anywhere else, I went straight to the car park at the Beveridge park, then when to the links market from there.
The links market was busier than I thought it would be so I just went one way through it. It was just to nerve wracking to try and go back through the crowd again.
I even had the scooters hazard and headlights on and a bright yellow jacket on, but since we were below head high we were not noticed.
