This is the first in a series of videos in which I will show you the steps to building an Excel-linked decision analysis model within a Decision Tree-focused mode in DPL. The simple example model built within the series is a manufacturing capacity expansion decision. In the first video introduce the problem and focus on establishing an appropriate decision frame for the capacity decision.
