The kingdom of Lesotho has sent its condolences to those affected by recent floods that have claimed over 400 lives in the KwaZulu-Natal area. The government says is has also learnt of several Basotho lives that were lost in the area of 'Foremen' in the Chartsworth area. In other news, the Lesotho government says it is negotiations with the Republic of South Africa in a recovery and rescue mission of about 94 illegal miners known to be of both Mozambique and Lesotho nationals.
