Where can you find EASA Part M and Part 145 regulations

Aviation is a very highly regulated industry. But where can you find those aviation regulations, such as EASA Part-M or Part-145? What are the AMC (acceptable means of compliance) and GM (guidance material)? Finally, do you need to revisit those aviation regulations if you are already an aviation expert and have several years experience in airworthiness or aircraft MRO?

I attempted to answer those questions in the attached video. I hope you all enjoy it.
