A few years ago, during a trip to San Sebastian, Spain, Sean noticed a very different practice occurring among local fishermen: they were selling their day's catch directly to restaurants that lined the harbor. He brought that practice back to Long Island, NY and is now providing locals and New Yorkers with an option to get the freshest fish possible!
