Authentic Italian Spaghetti with Garlic, Oil & Chili Pepper.
This is the easiest of any pasta dishes in Italy. Full of flavour even if there are very few ingredients.

2 Garlic Cloves
2 Chili Peppers (I used dry ones but feel free to use fresh ones if you like)
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
100 gr Spaghetti
Ground Pepper to taste
It's important to drain the spaghetti around 4 minutes before they're done and keep cooking them inside the pan with the pasta water, oil, garlic and chili. In this way you'll have a creamier pasta.
