Описание: In March 1960, Texas Southern University students brought the Greensboro sit-in movement to Houston with a series of lunch counter demonstrations at supermarkets and drug stores throughout the city. In this unedited footage from KPRC-TV, the civil rights protest moves to Houston City Hall. Picketers hold signs urging desegregation, while one store operator finds an alternate way to continue serving only white customers.
