Craving Kimbap! (Korean rice roll) 😋I love how these rolls calls for sesame oil 💕( I always add extra 😉)
Ingredients:
seaweed
carrots
spinach
Imitation crab
pickled radish
rice
sesame oil
sesame seeds
salt
soy sauce for dipping
Instructions:
1. Sauté spinach with salt
2. Sauté julienned carrots with salt
3. Mix cooked rice with sesame oil, sesame seeds and salt.
4. Toast your seaweed sheet lightly over the stove for an extra crisp
5. Spread an even layer of rice on the seaweed
6. Place your ingredients (spinach, carrots, pickled radish & imitation crab) along the bottom of the sheet
7. Roll it up
8. Brush sesame oil on top and sprinkle sesame seeds
9. Slice and enjoy! ☺️
