Описание: American vs. European suburbs—why do people say U.S. suburbs suck? In this video, I react to a breakdown of the major differences between American and European suburban life, and it definitely gave me a lot to think about.

The creator makes some strong points about walkability, car dependence, and community design in the U.S. but I also feel like a few things were missing. Not every American suburb is the same, and not everyone wants the same lifestyle. Still, it’s hard to ignore how Europe’s suburbs seem more connected and livable in a lot of ways.

This was an entertaining and eye-opening reaction, and I tried to keep things honest and balanced the whole way through.
