At the India Parts Distribution Center, Phaltan Megasite, our Health and Safety Associate, Bhagyashri Zirmile, makes her brisk rounds on the shop floor. She has a clear mission: to ensure that every employee should ‘Stay Safe and Go Safe.’
Bhagyashri joined Cummins in India in 2011 and became one of the first women Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Operators, despite never having driven a vehicle before. Attributing this achievement, and many more, to the leadership team, she continues to confidently navigate a journey of growth and fulfillment.
