Filled with nutritions salad bowl recipe is one of my favorite salad recipe. Loaded with greens, veggies, avocado, nuts, baked potatoes with curd dressing. This satisfying meal is packed with nutritions that everyone will love.
Ingredients
1 Potato
1 Small Size Zucchini
1 Bell Pepper
1 Carrot
1 Broccoli Crown
1 cup baby Spinach
1 cup cooked Quinoa
Avocado
Some roasted peanuts
Some pumpkin seeds
1 cup hung curd
1 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1 Garlic Clove
Black pepper
Salt
Olive Oil
Method
Baked Potato…
1. Wash and clean potato. Cut into cubes.
2. Spread in a baking tray.
3. Drizzle some Olive Oil, crushed some black pepper and salt.
4. Mix it and bake it for ~25 min on 375°F.
Let’s Prepare veggies…
1. Drizzle some Olive oil in a pan, add Zucchini slices, Carrot slice, broccoli crown and diced bell pepper.
2. Saute for about few minutes on medium high flame.
3. Take out…and drizzle some drop of Oil in the same pan again.
4. Add baby Spinach and sauté for few seconds.
5. Take out and again drizzle some drop of Oil in the same pan.
6. Add cooked Quinoa and sauté for few seconds, take out.
Salad Dressing…
1. Take hung curd in a mixing blow.
2. Squeeze lemon and grate garlic clove.
3. Grate cucumber in a separate bowl.
4. Squeeze cucumber juice and transfer squeezed cucumber in a dressing bowl.
5. Crush some black pepper and salt.
6. Mix it well.
7. Drizzle some Olive Oil.
Let’s assemble Salad Bowl…
1. Take one bowl add some Quinoa, veggies, baked potato, spinach.
2. Add some avocado slice on the side.
3. Add some roasted peanut and pumpkin seeds.
4. Top with salad dressing…
5. Mix and enjoy healthy and nutrition fill Salad Bowl
