Central News with a big OB special on the Dudley Earthquake. Bob Warman taking the helm on one of the most excting things to happen in Dudley. Cue tons of people phoning up Central asking what was going on and getting through to the security guard. BRMB and Beacon covered it eventually, but IIRC it took them ages to actually mention it on air.
(I remember it well, living not far from Dudley at the time, excitingly (or not) I was watching Brannigan on BBC1 while it happened!)
