Doesburg, the mustard city. One of the nicest towns in Gelderland. Located on the IJssel. Where they now have a real IJsselboulevard. And of course you must have tasted the Doesburg mustard soup. Spicy but tasty! We ate it on the terrace of the Waag on Saturday 17 June 2023.
