Today’s practice is an invitation:

Think of anyone you’ve not fully forgiven (yes, even just a little grumble counts 😉).

Say their name silently…
💬 “God is the Love in which I forgive you, [name].”

And when you’re ready:
💬 “God is the Love in which I forgive myself.”
