Danial Barenboim and the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra performing all of Beethoven's Nine Symphonies - recorded live in July 2012, the first time all of these have been done there since 1942 at the BBC Proms, (short for British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and promenade (Prom)) an eight week summer concerts series, started in 1927 at the Queen's Hall (destroyed in 1941 WW2) and held each year since at the Royal Albert Hall.
Note that Richard Wagner music was preformed more than Beethoven before WW2 and never played again at the Hall(s) till 1947.
