Описание: I was alerted to the presence of this oddity by Twitter user Alex Scott TV, who sent me a link to a UK Web SDR. (Alex has dubbed this signal, "The Tentacle" for obvious reasons. It even looks a bit like an HR Giger drawing at certain times). This signal is possibly just some sort of strange interference, whether man-made or from Mother Nature. But it has been drifting down and up frequency since monitoring started. Note that in this video, I used both upper and lower side bands while monitoring, though I'm not sure which mode is the correct one.
