Install Libreoffice in Ubuntu 16.04

Описание: This is a basic overview of installing Libreoffice in Ubuntu or any other Linux distro via command line. The mileage might vary in Fedora, Reh hat etc but basically it remains the same for most of the distro's out there.
cd to the directory for me it was as follows:-

1. cd/home/akash/Downloads.
2. unzip the file
3. cd to the desired folder.
4. again cd/DEBS
and finally
5. dpkg -i *.deb
