Rowing technique - why the pause after the finish makes you a better rower

Описание: In rowing this is an often debated topic, so let me clarify one important thing here in the description: I refer to the pause after the exit / finish in low steady state. There is no pause in higher stroke rates, simply because the rhythm changes.
