Karazhma Devi conducts Parayeduppu to Thripperumthura where she is warmly received, a reception that lasts for hours. In the course of her visit at Thripperumthura, Karazhma Devi pays visit to her father, Thripperumthura Mahadevar. She rests at Ayikkattu. Here members of Ayikkattu family is honoured by Devaswom Board by giving them 11 para paddy. The devotees and officials who follow Devi will have Anna Danam at Ayikkattu family. Then Devi goes for Parayeduppu in Thripperumthura Kara. After completing her parayeduppu, Devi with her father conducts pradakshina at the temple. There is a unique ritual known as 'Ayyathara' in the early dawn, a farewell between the father and the daughter. Devi asks the permission to leave assuring that she would visit her father without fail next year. The agonized father instructs his servants, the Bhoothagana to prevent Devi by all means but Devi skillfully escapes from the hands of the servants and proceeds to her abode. This ritual having great emotional fervour will be watched by thousands.
