This is a Genuinely Approachable Sudoku (GAS) puzzle. It's designed such that if you're unfamiliar with the additional constraints in variant sudoku, you should still be able to understand the rules and be able to solve it. Do have a try!

Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
• Digits along an arrow must sum to a total either one more or one less than the digit in the bulb.
For two party hats, finish within 7:00 🎩🥳
For one party hat, finish within 13:00 🥳
All other solvers will earn an Off By Omeisaurus. 🦕
