Описание: The FIFA World Cup is bringing millions of fans to North Texas, and Joe Zavala is ready for the challenge. For the first time, Zavala's Barbecue in Grand Prairie is staying open 30 consecutive days to feed the massive influx of visitors heading to Dallas. To pull it off, Zavala and his team will smoke more than 20,000 pounds of brisket, 10,000 pounds of pork butt, and thousands of links of house-made sausage.

Located near Dallas Stadium, Zavala's has become a must-visit destination for anyone chasing Texas barbecue. Normally open just four days a week, the smokehouse is taking on an unprecedented schedule without compromising the quality that's made it one of the state's best. From pepper-crusted brisket and their "Almost Carnitas" to their signature Pizza Pepper sausage, every bite has to be as good as the last—even at World Cup scale.
