Here is the cue with my transcription, made by ear, in condensed orchestral score.
From the movie "Il buono, il brutto e il cattivo" (1966, "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly").
I hope that aspiring film composers and music lovers can enjoy the scoreI present here. There may be some imprecisions (especially in horns\brasses ranges).
This is my first upload, any constructive comment is very appreciated.
I suggest to check out a video with the movie cue (the visual aspect help you to understand why there is the crescendo in the orchestration until even a bit of chaos towards the end). Also, remeber to contextualize this music in his emotional purpose in the storyline going on.
