Stackable Access Mat Cleaning Equipment
Stack 5 access mats for fast and effective cleaning process. The system will de-stack a single mat at a time, wash and then re-stack for offloading. Wash water used in cleaning process is collected, filtered for recycling. Wash unit is built within US DOT wide load limits. No permitting required for transportation. Average clean time per mat varies based on dirt load on mats but system averages 1 - 2 minutes per mat. Operator can speed up or slow down conveyor system based on the dirt load for effective 360 degree cleaning.
This unit is built to handle 8 x 14 or 8 x 16 CLT mats. Similar equipment can be built for access mats and or timber matting.
