Steps
Jogging
Toes up / down
Toes with shoulder roll (forward + back)
Hands front - singles, slow - 18x
Hands side - 8x
Hands diagonal in front - 8x
Hands front - doubles fast
Hands side - doubles fast
Hands diagonal in front - doubles
Half circle pushing water out of the way - 7x
Swirly hands
Step front and back - left and right - 4x each
Big kick front - left / right / left / right...
Jogging
Jogging with stepping out to the sides
Pulling knees up
Jogging with stepping out to the sides
Single/ single / double front kicks
Jogging with knees up
Jumping jacks with arms half circle to side
Pony left 8x / pony right 8x
Jumping jacks with arms from bottom up and back down
Big leg kicks to the back - left / right / left / right...
Jumping jacks with arms half circle to side - half tempo first and then double time with shorter arms
Jogging with feet hitting bum
Prayer hands, long arms, swirling around
To the side 4x and then 4x squats - repeat left / right 2x
To the side 4x and then 4x squats with hops in circle - repeat left / right 2x
Lunge step
"Walking" to side - 3x then hop to change direction - repeat
Lunge step - first slow and then fast
"Walking" to side - 3x then hop to change direction - repeat
Squat jump forward / back / forward / back - repeat
"Walking" to side - keep going - then hop to change direction... and walk out ;-)
