'From The Factory Floor’ takes you on a deep dive into select processes around the PRS factory. In this episode, we explore Neck and Body Assembly - casually referred to as “NBA” around our shop. This crucial point in guitar manufacturing is where we join a sanded neck and body by applying the perfect amount of glue, triple checking the neck angle, and completing the sanding and woodshop process before the finish team takes over with paint and stain.
