This video shows you how to calculate the magnetic force on a current-carrying wire. I present the equation in two ways, first using the vector cross product, and then with the vector magnitudes and using the right-hand-rule to find the direction of the magnetic force. I also point out a few things to remember for full marks (hint: vectors need direction).
