We take a 2004 BMW E46 M3 and restore it from the inside out. The suspension, brakes, paint, interior - and yes you guessed it, the glorious S54B32. In this four part series, we document the engine build from breakdown to rebuild and installation.

The original engine was knocking, so the the spun bearing's were expected. The rotating assembly is being fitted with CP Carrillo connecting rods, MAHLE Motorsports PowerPak+ Pistons, main bearings courtesy of King - and connecting rod bearings from ACL.
