Har din short, simple aur practical habits.
Day 15 me hum baat kar rahe hain night routine (wind-down) ki.
Zyadatar log neend ko force karne ki koshish karte hain,
jabki neend tab aati hai
jab body ko clear signal milta hai
ki ab din khatam ho gaya hai.
✅ Aaj ka task:
Sone se 20 minute pehle ek simple routine banao:
Light thodi dim
Phone side me
Shaant baitho ya let jao
Routine lamba nahi,
repeatable hona chahiye.
