Make chiffon without separating the egg whites and yolks, how convenient it is!!! I really love my Thermomix!

Ingredients:
10 kampung eggs (445g)
80g castor sugar
50g coconut oil (you may use corn oil)
30g fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp of orange zest
120g self raising flour
Method:
1) Preheat oven to 150°C
2) Add in eggs and castor sugar into mixing bowl. Mix for 1minutes/Speed 10.
3) Scrap down the egg mixture, insert butterfly whisk and beat for 10minutes/45°C/Speed 4.
4) Continuous to beat for another 5minutes/Speed 4, this time without temperature.
5) Add in coconut oil, orange juice, orange zest and self raising flour. Mix at 5seconds/Speed 3 (***Take not do not mix at high speed)
6. Remove the butterfly whisk, give a few gentle clockwise stir to make sure the flour is well mixed.
7. Pour the batter into chiffon tin and tap few times on the counter to remove the air bubbles. Then bake at 150°C for 50 minutes.
8. Place the chiffon tin on cooling rack, remove and serve the cake once it is completely cool down.
