Streets of Rage 2 Extreme Mania Hack adds faster-more aggressive-enemies, 6-enemies on screen at once, removes every difficulty but Mania, only allows 1 life to be selected in the options, instant enemy triggers, no continues. This hack was intended to destroy the best players but some of us have taken it down. Of course we have to try and speedrun it now, right? As far as I know this is the fastest the SoR2 Extreme Mania Hack has been played. Hack created by Eskayelle.
