In addition, the Kitakami Region has access to loads of brand new items to enhance your Pokemon Scarlet and Violet journey!
This video will show you how to get the item to change Shaymin's form in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. This item is the Gracidea Flower, and can be obtained in the Porto Marinada Auctions as long as you have Shaymin in one of your boxes or in your party.
You can also get one of the Sinnoh Starters in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, via the Teal Mask DLC. The Sinnoh Starters, along with several Mythical Pokemon, make a return in the Teal Mask DLC, and you can get one for yourself early on in the story!
These Pokemon are able to be transferred to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet from your older Pokemon games via Pokemon home. These Pokemon include Chimchar, Turtwig, Piplup (and their evolutionary lines), Darkrai, Manaphy, Phione, Shaymin, and Jirachi!
