A #CCTV camera caught two robbers on a scooter dragging a 23-year-old woman for nearly 150 metre in #Delhi's #ShalimarBagh on 16 December. The men were trying to steal the woman's mobile when she caught the pillion rider by his jacket. The rider accelerated the vehicle, dragging her to a distance, and fled after leaving the injured woman in the middle of a busy road.
