EASY RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
9 Large Eggs
1 Head of Broccoli (chopped)
1 Carrot (shredded)
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cornstarch + 1 tbsp Water
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Blanch broccoli/carrots for 30 seconds (add oil/salt to water for color). Shock with cold water and squeeze dry.
Whisk eggs with salt and cornstarch mixture. Add veggies.
Pour into an oiled dish. Steam for 15 minutes (low heat, after water boils).
Cut into cubes. Serve with soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame oil!
